How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I help clients achieve their goals by working with them to make actionable points that will get them towards their goal.
I always ensure that one of their goals is an intrinsic goal, asethic goals are great, but intrinsic goals are going to be noticed first.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
No secret. the body you have is the only one you are going to get so we must cherish it. I believe that exercise is a celebration of what your body can do and should never be a punishment. I don't like the term "dream body" it leaves us to think that we aren't good enough. We are!
Taking care of ourselves through exercise and good nutritional habits is just a way of keeping our bodies working for the life that we want to live.
What do you love most about your job?
I love working with clients and see their confidence and self esteem blossom. I love that fitness can change somones life and make them accomplish things that they've never thought possible.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I've always wanted to work for myself and in this industry I find there is a lot of noise and at times bad advice. I wanted to create my own company where I could coach using my own ethos and steer clear of any fads that shroud the fitness industry

Yes of course. My main platform is zoom but this can be altered based on clients preference.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I have started to work remotely, when sessions are back up and running outside all equiptment is santised before and after use. Glove and face masks are worn by me and I always adhere to the government guidlines.

Offering to coach to those who would like to learn olympic lifting (Can be done when restrictions lift)

Offering nurtitional services to those who would like to work on their nutrition for fat loss, weight gain, sport performance or maintence.
