What do you love most about your job?
I've been in care work for more than three years now, and it never fails to surprise me. My job is to assist in the promotion of my clients' independence, and that's what's on my mind when I'm doing the physical work of caring: the wellbeing of the service user. I must be vigilant, no matter how demanding it gets. It's a challenge every day, but I enjoy it. The reward is in helping those who would otherwise struggle, and it gives me great comfort

Wanted to offer more affordable and more personal care for seniors and individuals, without paying high agency fees.
