Dear Jeremy We are very perplexed by this one star review. A quote was requested for a clean to be carried out on the 19th December for which we replied, all via email chain, that our only availability on that date was the morning. Your reply confirmed that the morning was not convenient for you. We apologised that we could not accommodate your requested time on this particular date. We are therefore somewhat astounded as to how our company did not show up for a booking that was never made, nor a quote that was ever made. Extremely dissatisfied with the customer service this company provided me with and shocked at the behaviour I received. I woke up this morning to this text message
‘ We can be with you on Monday at 2pm to return your £50 and return the property back to what we found. Please confirm back’
Sounds like a threat to me as Nikki is suggesting she will come and thrash my property! Absolutely shocked - no professionalism at all! And no way to deal with an unhappy customer!

I strongly disagree with your reply to my review. At no point was I told that it’s an hour job neither did I agree to do rest of the cleaning. I hired your company for a full house clean and was told 2 people would come and would clean for up to 2-3 hours within that price. The job was to clean the whole house so I didn’t had to go out of my way to do this. I paid for convenience yet it has caused me nothing but greater inconvenience. I have had to go to the property late at night to clean and the amount of rubbish my hoover has picked up justifies my disappointment in the service provided. I have taken pictures as evidence and will post these, I will not be retracting my comments nor pictures as I am extremely dissatisfied and would like a refund or for your company to come and perform the clean to a decent standard. Absolutely worst company I’ve ever dealt with. If I could give it less than one star, I would but unfortunately it’s not an option here! I was promised a whole house clean ‘no matter how long it takes’ and was under the impression it was 2-3 hours as she mentioned that I’m looking at £15 an hour for their cleaning services! Nikki only came for exactly 1 hour (which she didn’t mention that that was how long it was going to take) and charged me £50! I’m left with my kitchen worktop surfaces not cleaned, my oven from the outside still has original marks on it not cleaned or gone over, my fridge is still dirty my kitchen units are not wiped down either. My downstairs WC and main bathroom is untouched and not even hoovered let alone wiped down! Feel absolutely ripped off for nothing! On top my cleaning products have been stolen! I was pressurized to give cash on the spot as they were loaded ready in the car to drive off. Even though I said I would do an inspection - but they obviously knew they didn’t do a great job so we’re ready to do a runner as soon as they got the cash! I called them to say I wasn’t happy and Nikki cut the phone off and is now ignoring my calls and messages. Absolutely worst cleaning company I have ever come across stay away from them and trust me your better off cleaning yourself then hiring this firm to do anything for you! I hope this hard earned £50 that I have you given you results in a financial loss for you in some form or another! And when that happens, you think yes it’s only Karma. Dear Eman Your issue has been investigated and we now publicly provide you with the facts as we understand the verbal clarification provided to you in person has not been suffice. It was clearly advised on booking and again on the day that if two cleaners are present it is the same price but half the time as two cleaners are with you. The team were with you for 1.25 hours x 2 cleaners. It was explained to us that you had already cleaned the property and it was in a clean condition but recently had decoration works. Your original booking was for £50+vat for which you wanted to reduce to £40 and requested to pay cash. It was made clear that we invoice via email for BACS payments to avoid cash, however as you expressely requested to pay cash it was made clear that cash still incurs additional vat rates. It was clearly stated at the beginning of the clean that your cleaning expectations (mirroring end of tenancy) would not be covered in £40. You were clearly given the option to add more time or to name your priorities for £40. On deciding to not pay for the additional works required on the property (which is absolutely your perogative) it was made clear that you would do the rest beyond your priorities and as such came to an agreement with the team on the ground. The team worked fast to carry out more cleaning tasks than your list of priorities. The team did not touch any cleaning products, the property was empty and after offering the use of whatever cleaning products were there, the team thanked your offer but refused as we use our own cleaning products (for Health & Safety reasons). Categorically no cleaning products were used nor taken. The team remained in their vehicle at the property until your return in order for you to lock up. After follow up phone calls the team reiterated the above, refused to argue and ended the call, following up with a message that your feedback would be forwarded. We do not tolerate belittling, harrassive behaviour towards any members of our team. We trust these false accusations and slanderous comments of theft will be retracted publicly.
