How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I inspire and assist them in their journey to achieving fitness without being ‘ heavy-handed’. That is, if I see that a client is incapable or unwilling to perform certain exercises, I will devise a comparable alternative for him/her so that no part of their fitness is left to chance.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Mental strength followed by intensive physical work.
Also, working with a trainer who observes your training, modifies it if required and helps you to implement strategies to improve it.
This will ensure success.
What do you love most about your job?
Meeting new people, hearing about their problems and devising a solution to those problems.
Then watching as my training produces the result that a client hoped for.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Because we are all different and, therefore, all need customised approaches to training. I found this difficult to achieve both for my clients and for myself whilst working for a large company.
Why should our clients choose you?
They should choose me because I am passionate about helping people to achieve the results they are wanting and because each client is, to me, a separate entity who I need to work with in a way that is best for them.
I don’t believe in generic clients!
