I’ve been training with Jack twice a week for three months and the results have been amazing! Jack is super calm and friendly but also gets you to work hard when you need to. He is so knowledgeable and you won’t get injured training with him as he is very careful to tailor the exercises to your abilities. The gym is easy to get to as a car park wich is a bonus in Reigate. I LOVE this gym! Jack is just incredible, knows everything and is so great with everyone. I hated the gym before I went here, but the intimacy and friendliness of all the staff and venue makes me want to work out everyday! New favourite spot in Reigate!

Amazing gym, staff are lovely very friendly and professional they have all the amenities needed for fitness. for me it’s more for toning up and weight loss I’ve had a personalised action plan with my p. t jack in place specifically for me and it’s fab. the gym itself is warm and friendly very clean and prices are very reasonable it’s easy to find and parking is great always loads of spaces so that’s a bonus lol ..! Jack has been working with our 11 year old son for 6 months and the results have been nothing short of amazing.Not only has he dramatically improved his stamina, strength and flexibility, but he has also boosted his self esteem and confidence. He really cares about his clients and has a holistic attitude to training where all of the physical and mental attributes are considered and catered for equally. I have been training with Jack for a while now. He uses a combination of cardio, HIIT and weights to make enjoyable but punishing sessions. He is motivational and encouraging and knows when to push me but always concerned about health and well being. The gym has a good assortment of equipment and the staff are all friendly and approachable. I've not been to the classes but understand that they are well supported. I wouldn't train anywhere else.
