Decent with communication, especially when there was a little hiccup on my side! They tried their best to help me and encourage me. Had a great experience with Perfocal. I used them to hire a photographer for my registry office wedding. I was a bit sceptical at first but as i only booked for 2 hours I thought it was worth a try. We ended up getting a photographer named Nacho and he was amazing. He captured the morning perfectly, everything felt natural and easy and we have some wonderful pictures to remember the day. The photographer, Steve S, took beautiful pictures of my wedding - my husband and I during our ceremony, and also celebrating with our guests just afterwards. We feel so glad Perfocal could match us together with Steve, and he is a lovely man who set us very much at ease while he took our photographs. He thought of some wonderful places for us to take pictures outside close to the register office. This was my first time booking perfocal for my graduation and the experience was amazing! We were matched with the sweetest photographer Sophie, who I would definitely recommend. Booking process was fairy easy and we were matched with a photographer the next day. Sophie kept in touch and made sure she took our ideas in mind. She arrived on time to our location and was incredibly helpful and patient whilst taking our photos. We received over 100 photos within an hour timeslot that was booked. This review is bittersweet. We have used Perfocal twice now, each time we have had a brilliant photographer who took some great photos that we loved. On the flip side, the actual company Perfocal is meh. The customer service could do with an overhaul, the website is total crap (the login button redirects you else where) They were 2 days late getting our Wedding photos back to us. It's the little things that do add up that end annoying you especially when you're using them for a special occasion. More...
