How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
My role is to help identify where improvements can be main, then to help you make them and stick to them. Whether that is planning your training, providing 1to1 personal training, overseeing and advising your nutrition, or helping you overcome injuries and pain.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Having a plan of how to get there and sticking to the plan. Sometimes modification needs to be made but as long as the focus stays and the plan is solid it can be done

The role and services that I do are not offered by any employer so I have created a lane for myself
Why should our clients choose you?
I am an all encompassing fitness professional. This means that you do not have to pay multiple people to get the results you disire. I have had many clients in the past who have came from other trainer and therapist and they all have the same problem. They all hit a ceiling in their progression. All of my experience and qualifications in multiple fields of sports and exercise allow me to tailor my services exactly to the individual and take them far beyond the abilities of other professionals.

We have weekly online classes for you to participate in and we can also provide you with a custom training plan specifically for your goals, and the equipment available to you. Weekly check-ins are available to keep you accountable, and on track and will allow you to ask whatever questions you may have.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
My clinic has a air purifier to clean COVID-19 as well as other pollutants from the air. I also wipe all equipment and touch points down with antibacterial wipes after each client.
Sports Therapy
As a qualified Sports Therapist (BSc) I help people overcome their injuries so they can live the lives they would like, whether that means to not be in pain when at work, or to be able to play a full 90 minutes of football, all out.
Personal Training
As a personal trainer it's my role to help you in your journey to reach your goals, whether that is to drop a dress size, fit into a suit better, get stronger, build muscle or improve fitness. I have the experience, knowledge and patience to help you with it all.
Boxercise
As an advanced boxercise instructor i am able to coach you through several boxing punches, moves, and combinations. This can be used as a method of cardio training, while increasing your confidence and ability to defend yourself.
Chair based exercise
For those who are less physically able I also provide chair based exercise sessions and classes. This is great for older people, people with disabilities, and those with learning difficulties. This is an opportunity to build strength, Balance, and coordination in a controlled environment with the support of a chair, reducing the risk of falling.
