We hired Pedro through another website in September 2020 and initially cleaning started really well. The cleaners were receptive to feedback and ensured they addressed any short comings. However recently the standard has dropped and when we highlighted our concerns the response we got was our time finished, I am very busy. I am sorry but the time, price and day of cleaning was set by the company so if we are meeting the company's demand then we expect the cleaning to meet our standards.
