We enjoyed ourselves at reggae night..bartender surprised us with his own shot concoction-absolutely loved it! It was made with coffee liquer,I think. and something else..who cares?it was sweet,and got us smashed!!guys on the door were great,ALWAYS present (!) helpful and polite. I've recently had my Hen night and wedding reception at the Peartree Inn. The staff were lovely and very accommodating as my previous wedding venue (The Prae Wood Arms in St Albans) let me down 5 weeks before the wedding. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. I had a room with shared bathroom, travelling on a budget. I was impressed how new everything was. The bathroom has a good shower and bath, and I didn't have to wait for it. The property has a nice private lawn garden and children's playground. Staff were helpful and there was no problem with a late check-out. Recommended. More...

Hired the function room last for a surprise 60th couldn't recommend it more. Staff were very friendly, and couldn't do enough to make it a great night resident DJ was brilliant, Catering was amazing and function room was tastefully decorated thanks Dee and staff

I rarely write reviews but we were so impressed with our stay. The man who checked us in offered us drinks at the bar (even though we were late guests) showed us to our room and answered all our questions.
The room was a great size, very comfortable bed with a clean and modern bathroom.
Great value for money... almost don't want to review in case you increase the prices. �
