Peak condition fitness offers one to one personal training session for fat loss, rehabilitation, muscle building and toning, calisthenics as well as sports specific strength and conditioning. I also offer personal training group sessions, HIIT classes 3 x a week and a fat loss bootcamp. Tailored Nutrition and training programs are also available.

I felt depressed and fat, never lasting at a gym for more than 6 weeks. I found it really hard to motivate myself and regularly drank and smoked.
I needed a different approach from fad diets and short lived gym memberships. I needed a lifestyle change.
Getting myself a personal trainer was the different approach I needed and it was the best thing that I could have done.
Nico supplied me with a Food Plan and showed me how to eat healthily without feeling like I am on a diet or restricted. My family have benefitted from this change.
Nico’s training and guidance mean I have lost weight in a safe and sustainable way, and am very pleased to be buying smaller clothes!
Nico understood that I was a complete beginner and always took his time to make sure I was on the right track, demonstrating and helping me with new exercises. He has helped me build up my core strength and fitness levels. I feel stronger, fitter and much more confident. He has kept me motivated and always pushes me to do more. I love the variety of activities that are included so I never get bored during training.
Through diverse and tailored training sessions Nico’s commitment and patience have resulted in me completing two Tough Mudders and quitting smoking - so now I have a much healthier lifestyle. I started sessions with Nico 3yrs ago to tone my body and gain strength. At the time I didn’t have the confidence to walk into the weights room.
With patience and clear guidance Nico helped me gain confidence in the weight room, I gained strength and toned my body.
Nico has a great eye for the finer detail, he will correct your form and fine tune your technique to ensure you get the most out of every session. His approach is flexible and adaptable, he helped me build a strong foundation for my endurance sport. I now use Nico’s sessions to complement my winter training schedule, to help me stay injury free during a busy race season in the summer.

What inspired you to start your own business?
My fat loss journey inspired me to start my own business to help others. I used to be a very unhealthy and unhappy 17 stone fat man and with hard work and dedication I am now a much healthier happier 13 stone man
