What makes a great website?
Making a great website can be very simple. We need to base our website and its design on the people we would like to use it. This is why we focus on the user experience and the branding/information. If we look at our website as a shop window, we want to arrange the information in a way that's aesthetic and appealing.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
Before starting a new project I would ask the client if they have any ideas that they would like to use, why they are starting the project and what they would like to achieve from the project. By making sure we are clear on what we are looking to achieve, we can create a campaign or project aligned with our goals.
Describe your creative process.
I am a very creative person so love to strategies and come up with new and exciting ideas. Due to this, I would initially start with a brainstorming session and bring a number of options to the client to ensure they are happy before proceeding. Then I would write out the project plan, goals and tasts in one master document to be shared with the client which is accessible at all times and then we get to work!
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
Before starting I would need your company information, logo, fonts, colours, TOV and goals. I can help you to find any of this information if you are unsure!
What do you love most about your job?
I love that my job allows me to meet new people and be a part of incredible businesses. I truly fall in love with the brands I work with and that makes my job the greatest in the world.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having worked in-house, I wanted the opportunity to work with lots of different people and get myself out of my box!

I believe in my client's brands and with that belief comes love and hard work. I am creative, organised, communicative and ready to get the job done whilst generating results that matter.

Yes, my business is completely online and remote but I can meet for in-person coffee or cake if you would prefer.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
My business is based online so this has not been an issue!
