Peace Of Mind Cheshire - Counselling Northwich

I have recently completed a course of counselling sessions with Mike. I suffer with depression and this is something I have battled with for over 10 years, and after a painful break-up last year I decided counselling was the right step for me. My only regret is not getting in touch sooner!! After seeing Mike my outlook has definitely changed on life and finally I feel like I am heading in the right direction and that I am meant to be here. Mike is patient, understanding and non-judgemental which makes each session easy and weightless. Mike has helped me understand my mind and my needs, as well as bring knowledge and skills that I may need in future to get through tough times.
