Jeremy and his team have been looking after our IT support here at CJ Hole for several years. His service is always excellent and I have never had any reason to complain.
They understand the hardware, the software as well as Windows, meaning they can always find where the real problem is, not necessarily what the software supplier is saying!

I needed some thermal paste for my CPU in a minor emergency and these guys had some for sale (the really good stuff at that! ). Very friendly and helpful staff that know what they're doing. Only complaint (and it is minor and is quite definitely my fault) is that they can be a little hard to find if you're not looking properly (as I found out).Now that I know where they are, I'll probably use them again. Have several computers and have had issues over the last twelve months with all of them. I have used Jeremy and the team at PC Dial for the repairs and they have done a great job.
