I am an experienced counsellor offering counselling to couples and individuals in Harold Wood, Essex. I specialise in relationship issues, but also work with depression, low mood, anxiety, bereavement.

I am a Registered Member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).

I work using a variety of techniques - primarily psychodynamic and systemic approaches - but am flexible in order to meet client needs.

I can offer daytime and evening appointments at a location easily accessible by road (A12 and M25 within easy reach) and mainline rail via Liverpool Street within a five minute walk. Unrestricted parking is also available.
