Life Coaching

Excellent. I am finding the coaching with Paula very helpful.

Q&As

I love facilitating people to be able to seek clarity in their lives and achieve their goals. The best part is when clients realise they can apply the cognitive behavioural coaching skills and techniques in other parts of their own lives and become their own self-coach.

I am passionate about the area of stress and in particular, how people manage their stress no matter where they are in their lives. Stress can be positive but the negative consequences of stress can impact every area of our lives including family relationships, career, partnerships etc. Because of this I wanted to share my expertise with others so they can self-manage their stress and how they react to stressful situations.

I will work with you in a non-judgemental way and show you unconditional support to facilitate you in achieving your goals. If you are committed to transformational change by practising the cognitive behavioural coaching techniques, then I can help you become your own self-coach.

Services

It is important when experiencing change that families support each other through a series of conversations using coaching models frameworks. A bespoke program will be designed for you and you will become aware of your core beliefs, physical reactions and thoughts which drives your behaviour. By using positive conversations in your family employing the principles of positive and cognitive psychology, you and your family will naturally flourish and thrive.

If you are experiencing stress, mild depression, career change / improved performance, exam stress, procrastination to name a few, then coaching is for you. Through a series of conversations using cognitive behavioural coaching model frameworks and using the principles of positive psychology, you will become aware of your core beliefs, physical reactions and thoughts which drives your behaviour. As a result, you will experience clarity and continual self-improvement and transformational change, thereby, creating an environment where you can flourish and thrive.

It  is important to note that when we are transitioning into menopause, we start having conversations with ourselves through informing our choices and in turn with our loved ones as well as our employees or employers. 80% of women display symptoms of menopause (peri-menopause; menopause; post-menopause), therefore, you are not on your own. This program of 6 workshops is designed specifically for you. This program is designed to inform and facilitate you in being able to make informed choices and developing management strategies that empowers you to lead the fullest of lives.

I believe it is important that when we are transitioning from pre-teen to teen to adulthood we become consciously aware of how we are to help us respond to situations rather than react and create an environment where we can thrive and flourish. This type of coaching will equip you with the skills that are transferable throughout your life, in particular key mile stones to make informed choices and develop management strategies to increase your wellbeing, enhance school, college, apprenticeship or university performance and maintain and improve your relationships with family, friends, teachers and colleagues.
