What’s the secret to taking a great photograph?
Listening to what the client wants/likes, getting the subject to trust you so that they are relaxed but still capturing those unexpected candid moments!
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
Apart from the standard who, what, when and where?.........
What is important to you?
If a party or wedding/engagement, are there any guests that are 'must have' photographs?
Are there any styles of photography/photographers that inspire you?
How much time do I have?
What do you love most about your job?
Capturing a moment in time for someone to create a 'forever memory' and, for weddings and family events, the privilege being part of someone else's big day.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Taking photographs at a wedding as a guest and the couple asking for my pictures because they liked them better than the professional photographer; plus having 2 grandchildren who LOVE to pose!
Why should our clients choose you?
They should look around, meet several photographers and then decide based on their feeling of whom they get along with and trust, as well as examples of the photographers previous work.
