Excellent customer service. Very swift and professional response. Within 24 hours of posting a request, Falcon responded, arranging a visit and attending. Patrick went out of his way to schedule the job in (skimming a kitchen ceiling) because we were on a tight timescale. Job was done within the week. Patrick attended and quickly and efficiently got on with the job. He was respectful of protecting the house from plaster dust and debris, tidying and cleaning up afterwards including in the garden where he had been mixing plaster. He was extremely helpful, offering advice regarding our home kitchen refurbishment and even kindly loaned a tool for another job.
