What do you love most about your job?
I love being able to guide you and help you find solutions that are practical and achievable. My style of therapy does not dwell in the past. I look forward.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I come from an education background having worked in secondary schools for the last 25 years. I decided to retrain as a therapist as I was becoming more aware that so many teenagers do not always have the skills to cope with what life throws at them. And that has led to me offering counselling, therapy and coaching to all ages.
Why should our clients choose you?
If you are looking for help that is short-term and solution focused, then I should be able to help you. As long as you are prepared to work with me, we are bound to make a difference together after the first session.
Short term, Solution focused Therapy
My style of counselling is aimed at making a difference in as short a space of time as possible. I do not sign you up to a lengthy commitment. We take each session as it comes and you decide if and when you want to return.
