Absolutely incredible service from these guys! Ordered 9x3.5m marquee and it was truly stunning! All equipment was amazing and constructed in really good time for the event start! it had so many compliments from guests and it just made the night 10 times better! As typical British weather does… it rained the days and weeks before so it was wet and slightly soggy… we had the solid flooring to avoid completely destroying the grass. We were slightly worried about the grass being completely flat and a mud bath underneath, but we were amazed when the grass underneath came up as it was before and now dry! We also booked the diesel heater as the event was in March and weather predicted was around 5° at night… I still advised guests to bring a coat just incase. We couldn’t believe it when the marquee was that warm, that guests were needing to take their coats and jackets off, it really was perfect! Good value and were able to provide a small marquee with flooring, heating, lighting and a bar for a private house party. We used Parties Complete for the second time for our annual Christmas party and they did not disappoint! We hired 6x3 party tent with dance floor, bar, heaters and disco lights and it was just perfect! It really does add a bit of sparkle to the event! It was a last minute booking for a small wedding ceremony and Paul and his team came through amazing. I love that I could order absolutely everything from you, led numbers, roof lining, chairs, tables, disco lights, dance floor you name it we had it all. From start to finish, Paul and the team were absolutely incredible. Even with a few hiccups and 27° heat, the lads cracked on without hesitation. Paul was proactive and adjusted my order with my permission (as I anticipated rain and cool temperatures for my event) when I booked but he offered alternatives to keep the order total the same or offer me a refund on items I didn’t need due to the weather. I hired 2 tents to make an L shaped tent for a garden party. Paul was really helpful and always replied to my emails. The team who put it up were very professional and lovely. I could not believe how lovely it all looked at the end. I hired chairs and tables and covers which added a special touch. We had disco lights and lights inside all hired by Paul.
