Parlour was created by Matt Gillan and the team behind Heritage restaurant, Sussex in 2021 to provide high quality finish-at-home caddies, filled with delicious meals and delivered nationwide. Since then, the Parlour team have expanded in to events management and catering as well as pop up events and private dinners.

What’s your signature dish?
All our menus are bespoke to our clients requests but one of our favourites is Maple cured lamb rump, red pepper ragu and slow cooked shoulder
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We ask our clients to complete a questionnaire, about specific likes or dislikes. From here we will create various options for our clients to create their bespoke experience

Being able to deliver a truly unique dining experience, that is guided by our clients

The freedom that is offered, to create a unique brand that doesn’t follow the rules
