I don’t know what air freshener they use in this hotel but it is lovely - hits you as soon as you walk through the main doors. The room was a good size, sleeping 3 of us and all of the beds were comfortable. The lighting control was different and took some getting used to. One minor issue was the bathroom doors. Firstly the main bathroom door didn’t shut all the way and secondly the door which acted as both toilet door and shower door was so heavy, I was worried I might get trapped inside one or the other. The hotel is in an ideal location with it being a 2 minute walk from a tube station. ||The staff are extremely friendly and the reception area is lush with the most divine smell. ||The hotel is extremely modern and well designed with the rooms having all the facilities you require and being off a high spec. ||That being said we had a problem with the TV not switching off and not being able to change the channel. This was a problem when it came to getting our heads down and with it being about midnight it was rather late to have someone come look at it so it seemed the best option to try sleep through it. The beds were comfy but the nights sleep was distributed due to this fault. Additionally the bathroom door wouldn’t close which is extremely not ideal. The toilet/ shower door was also extremely heavy and not sliding right on the runners so couldn’t be shut properly. The problems experienced were only little however when it came to checkout the gentleman didn’t bother to ask how the stay was nor did he ask if we’d had any issues! Being a regular park plaza/ radisson blu user this was extremely disappointing as the staff normally ensure you have a wonderful stay. ||This being said it wouldn’t put me off staying again I can only hope the level of service is improved promptly! Great hotel, decent restaurant and bar, car price on site reasonably priced, right by Park Royal underground station. Staff were brilliant and the location is super easy to get to if you’re coming from the west. The downsides are traffic noise, if you’re not used to traffic noise, you’re right on top of a 3 lane A road and it does go on all night, and location for city centre. Secon one night stay on business. Overall stay was good. Hotel is clean, modern, and service is good. Parking is limited, and is quite expensive at £12. 50 a night. Also, room was facing the main road, and it was never silent throughout the night, which interrupted my sleep a bit. Dinner was pretty good. My husband and I booked this hotel for a weekend trip to London for my birthday. When we arrived there was no parking as the car park is very small, although we were very lucky and a space became free soon after we arrived. The parking is very reasonable at £12.50 for 24 hours.||The check in was quite slow as there was only one staff member on the desk. When we reached her she was very pleasant and the actual check in was quick and easy. ||Our room was lovely; a great size and no noise could be heard from the road. There was some noise from the corridor but only when the next door was opened. The door to the bathroom didn't close fully which was a bit of a pain but we could deal with it. The shower itself was a little mouldy at the bottom and there was a gap in the sealant which meant there was a puddle in the toilet after we showered which was unfortunate. Although there is a large mirror by the bed, a mirror above the desk would be helpful for getting ready.||On the whole a very comfortable and pleasant stay. The tube station is a 3 minute walk away and there is a corner shop there also for any little bits you've forgotten. The trip into central London takes roughly 30 minutes so, again, not too bad. Hotel is very nice, I like the design and the cosines. Stuff is friendly and helpful. We had complimentary prosecco and chocolate cake waiting for us in our room. Nice surprise :) Breakfast was good too, but as a vegetarian I would like some more choice, overall it was tasty.||Also, parking is cheap (around £15 for 24h) and it's not far from Oxford Street which was our main goal.||Thank you again, we will return! We stayed here for one night over the weekend to watch the Lionesses play at Wembley. When we arrived at 2 pm our room wasn't ready which was a bit disappointing! That was the only negative. Once you understand how to get across the road from the train station it’s pretty smooth sailing ⛵️ ||Rooms |Normal rooms are ok but a touch small in size this could be due to the size of the bathroom ||Premium rooms are much better, bigger, coffee machine, an overall better choice, big windows and lots of light ||Gym is pretty basic, new with plenty of cardio machines ||Restaurant |I had breakfast compliments of the hotel choice is good, food was warm / hot and filling all freshly made, lots of space to sit, eat and relax no rush ||Staff |Overall staff are excellent, smiling, happy to help, maybe not as seasoned as one expects but that’s part of the learning process ||Manager is excellent, had some issues at the hotel and she was great to resolve them ||Would I stay again, absolutely yes |Would I recommend it, absolutely yes ||Overall 4.9 stars

While all other area hotels were getting booked leading to the Texans game on November 3rd, I was able to book this location at a moderate price. Accommodations were brilliant and self parking was easy -- I believe it may have been 12.50£ for a 24 hour term, which isn't terrible for being on location. The hotel does offer breakfast for around 11.50£ (early discount) or 15£ (pay later), but I did not choose to add it so I can't comment on that part. The hotel also has a great fitness area for anyone trying to keep up with their exercises while away from home - it had a variety of machines as well as free weights and complimentary water and towels. The room was spacious and comfortable with a great Nespresso coffee maker and the bathroom was roomy as well with generous soaps, lotions, and conditioners available. Booked this hotel last minute for one night on the 30th October, chose Park Plaza as a regular user of Radisson Hotels and they are the same company. The reception staff were very helpful, polite and speedy checking. We had a king size room with a sofa bed. No issues with the sofa bed which was the same size as normal double bed. Room was spotless but we were missing one mug and milk, contacted reception and they arrived 2 minutes later. ||||Hotel is opposite the tube station and the Piccadilly line runs frequently. Roughly 30 to 35 minutes to central London. ||||We returned to the hotel after a day out in London. All the rooms have full sky TV package and we wanted to watch the football with a drink. Bar staff were incredibly helpful and put the football on, and charged our mobile phones. Very good breakfast and the only complaint was that only one coffee machine was working which led to a queue. Be mindful that you have to pay for parking £12.50 for 24 hours. I though the hotel would refund customers once they had checked in and verified they were staying at the hotel.||||||Would highly recommend this hotel and would use again. More...

I stayed here for one night for a business trip. I was a little hesitant with the booking because it is not in a particularly attractive area and the prices were surprisingly low, making me wonder if it was really a budget hotel. ||Access to the hotel is very quick and easy from the Park Royal tube station via a well lit subway under the A40. The hotel is large and very new so everything was squeaky clean. The reception was bright & cheerful and the check in staff polite and efficient. The room (labelled a superior room) was roomy and warm with lighting controlled by a couple of touch screens. Huge TV, comfortable bed, useful sofa and desk with coffee making facilities. Bathroom was also large with a large modern basin set in a long stone counter top. There was a heated mirror, dressing gowns, slippers, scales and a bar of soap (I hate liquid soap dispensers). ||My only complaints about the room were that the door that slid across the shower and WC was extremely difficult to move - it seemed to be broken so I reported that on check out. I also felt the lighting in the bathroom was rather dim and resulted in having difficulty using the hinged shaving mirror. If there had been a light fitting above the bathroom door then the shaded side of your face would have been lit up.||The room was extremely quiet despite the A40 dual carriageway being right next to the hotel - very effective triple glazing.||The breakfast buffet was plentiful and well stocked.||All in all a surprisingly good and comfortable stay for a bargain price. I would recommend this for anyone with a car or who is happy to travel by tube, but don't go there for scenery or for local walks! More...
