I absolutely cannot thank this lovely couple enough!! I phoned them in a total panic and stressing like mad. They were the absolute best and before I knew it they were at my door. My carpet looks brand new & they saved me from the biggest anxiety attack I have ever had. What do you love most about your job?
Personally i love meeting and helping people hence the reason why i followed a career in Human Resources! I believe that everyone deserves a second chance in everything and that everyone should be treated equally regardless of their circumstances or background.
What inspired you to start your own business?
From a young age i was the only one out of all my siblings (three sisters) that was obsessed with cleaning and being tidy! Then growing up, i worked in different kind of businesses and establishments and noticed how expensive it is to have your working environment regularly clean and how hard it is to find reliable and cost effective cleaners. Therefore, i said i am tired of cleaners not showing up and paying them a fortune so we opened Pandora Cleaning Ltd to ensure that all businesses have professional, reliable cleaners that are cost effective.

There are two reasons that we believe our customers choose us over other cleaning companies:

End Of Tenancy Cleaning (the list our cleaners follow)
**Kitchen**
- Remove all cobwebs from the ceilings
- Wipe and remove any dust from the top of the kitchen cupboards
- Wipe down the extractor fan
- Remove any grease built-up on the extractor fan
- Remove extractor fan filters and make sure they are steam washed, and scrubbed
- Wipe down the interior of the top cupboards
- Wipe down the exterior of the top cupboards
- Scrub and wipe hob & grills (make sure there’s no grease, or burned food attached to hob grills)
- Wipe down kitchen worktops
- Remove all limescale and wipe down the sinks and taps
- Clean the inside of the bottom kitchen cupboards and drawers
- Wipe down the exterior of the bottom kitchen cupboards, and the drawers
- Remove all drawers and shelves from the fridge and make sure they are thoroughly washed and cleaned
- Wipe down the top and sides of the fridge (if possible)
- Wipe down the interior of the fridge and freezer, and make sure any food is thrown away, and any stains removed
- Remove any mold or stains built up on the rubber that seals the fridge and freezer
- Wipe down the front of the fridge
- Remove any stains from the kitchen skirting board underneath the cupboards and drawers
- Wipe any window sills
- Polishing of windows (inside)
- If there’s any curtain rails make sure they are wiped down and there’s no dust
- Hoover
- Mop (if there’s no caprets)
- Steam clean to disinfect the floor (if there’s no carpets)
**Bathrooms**
- Check ceilings for cobwebs and make sure to remove if any
- Wipe any window sills
- Polish windows (inside)
- Remove any limescale from the bathtub or shower area
- Remove any mold that is concentrated in the bathroom
- Wipe down shower head and bath tap
- Remove any limescale from the sink
- Wipe down the tap and the sink banister
- Cleaning behind the toilet in case of any dust or hair
- Wipe down the toilet (behind the lid, underneath the toilet seat and the toilet lid)
- Disinfect toilet with steamer
- Wipe down of the toilet heater (if any)
- Hoover
- Mop
- Steam clean to disinfect the floor
**Bedrooms/All Rooms**
- Check ceiling for cobwebs and make sure to remove (if any)
- Wipe down the walls and make sure there’s no stains (depending on the paint used and the color)
- Polish windows
- Wipe down window sills
- Wipe down and remove any stains or dust from the skirting boards
- Hoover
- Mop (if there’s no carpets)
- Steam clean to disinfect the floor (if there’s no carpets)
Other jobs can be done upon request. (We will confirm if your request can be accepted within 24 hours of your booking)
Furniture and personal belongings are not included.
Any re-dos must be requested within 24 hours after the service has been completed.
