Adrian and his team did a full renovation of my old Victorian House, including boiler, central heating, electricity, bathroom, kitchen, plastering of walls, floors, and painting.
From the start, Adrian impressed me with his attention to detail. He suggested good improvements to the original plans and had solutions to problems that had stumped the other builders I had been talking to. I trusted Adrian to deliver premium quality rather for my home and his team lived up to that expectation. The plastering was especially good.
Adrian and Panicos are well organised and advised to have every little detail written down so we can ensure we are on the right page. Along with clear timelines for when materials needed to be ordered this kept everything running smoothly, and the build completed on time.
Adrian's site Manager Panicos managed the team day to day. He was always polite, friendly, and helpful when I dropped by to see how the work was going. There were a few small snags after the build (perfectly normal and to be expected for this kind of work) and Adrian and his men sorted them out quickly without any hassle.

We had a great experience working with P&A Development and Management LTD! Working with Adrian and his team was a very smooth process from the start. Both Adrian and Panicos were very responsive throughout the 3 months we worked together, the team started working on the property on the date agreed, and were onsite every day throughout the process to ensure the project was completed within the estimated time, which they did. The on-site team was very helpful and friendly and we felt we could trust them. P&A didn’t provide the cheapest quote but we had done our research and knew that was a realistic quote. We also felt like we built a good rapport with Adrian upon the first meeting so decided to go with our instinct and I’m glad we did as not only the service was good, but the price didn’t deviate much from the estimated quote so there were no major surprises.
