I had some sessions as I was experiencing some anxiety due to stress which was work related. The sessions were so good that Pam was able to unearth other issues and trauma that I didn’t think had effected me in my adult life. I certainly feel lighter and like I have lifted a weight off my shoulder. The coping strategies have helped me a lot too and I’m using them on a daily basis! After a family bereavement I needed someone to speak with as everything felt as if I'd lost my way entirely. After my sessions, every time I felt lighter, I can't explain it really? ..but to say it helped would be an understatement.
