Hashim has always been very kind and is a great help to us. He is very pleasant to have in our home.

I hired P4C Healthcare Ltd to take service users I support on several day and overnight trips. Hashim provided a brilliant service - he was the driver for our trip and also provided personal care for the service users. Hashim made the trips go smoothly and provided a lot of support not only to the service users but also to the staff supporting them. Would highly recommend. More...

Mary Ferguson,

My sister and I employed P4C Homecare for my 92 year old mum since July 2022 until her sad passing on 22nd Nov. Agnes and Hashim were the 2 people caring for her. They were outstanding in every way. The both have a lovely, gentle manner, a good sense of humour and were excellent at communicating with my mum, taking a genuine interest in the topics she enjoyed. She thoroughly enjoyed their company. They also showed great attention to detail, documenting anything both I and my sister needed to know . Also, nothing was a bother for Agnes or Hashim, they even doing extra tasks around the house such as washing and drying my mum’s clothes and taking care of her beloved dog, Marley. They both have impeccable manners and are also very thoughtful. For example, they brought my mum a large birthday cake on her birthday and attended her funeral, bringing with them a beautiful wreath.

Having worked in the NHS for 43 years caring for patients, my sister also spending many years working in social care, we both recognise 1st class care when we see it and this is something both Agnes and Hashim provided our mum for which we will be forever grateful. For anyone looking for compassionate carers to care for their family members, I would highly recommend Agnes and Hashim , they going the extra mile to provide a service of the highest standard.

P4C Healthcare has, in addition to the basic care in maintaining the flat to our standards, an unexpected rapid deterioration in our health required my needing help with shopping and escorting my husband to the dentist.
Although our health is improving, we welcome the twice weekly care with household tasks we can no longer manage.
Both Hashim and Reggie are pleasant young men who arrive with a "smile on their face" at each visit and we welcome their visits.

I had the good fortune to have carer from P4C, care for my husband. They made sure we were both happy with the plan in place. We had the same carer which was very important for my husband who has dementia and were given the opportunity to try different packages to ensure we had the correct plan in place. Great support all round. More...

Carers at P4C are professional, friendly and reliable. Good continuity of provision means known carers attend. Office staff are efficient, responsive and their automated electronic communication of rosters is very useful

I love my job here at P4C and love working with the team, 😊

I have been very impressed by the level of care and attention to detail that p4C offered in caring for my dear friend in the final stages of his life. Helene is a remarkable woman who takes the time to really listen to what is needed, to understand the beliefs and needs of her patient and their way of life and connection/ needs in relation to others. She has a tangible warmth and genuine care for people that comes across in her very considerate, spacious, grounded and calm, flexible way of working. Her team also have this genuine and gentle approach and yet are able to quickly take action and change the care requirements when needed. I really noticed the benefit of the effective interpersonal connection and communication between staff, the team are very supportive of each other. I feel that they are really in service in the most beautiful way in this role of end of life care, it is a calling rather than just a job. Highly recommend the team and I am very grateful to have shared the journey with you. Thank you. More...

Based on my own recent experience with the P4C Healthcare Team I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who might need their services. Our family recruited P4C Healthcare for 24/7 end of life care for a family member for 4/5 weeks in April / May and we were blessed to have them. We dealt mainly with Helene Rodgers, whose professionalism, kindness, quality of care and availability was top class. Helene gave us such comfort and reassurance that everything was being done for our family member when we ourselves couldn't be there due to COVID restrictions and being in different countries. We will be forever grateful to Helene and her Team for what she did for us. John & Mercedes Cunningham More...

Q&As

We love making a difference in people's lives and supporting them to be independent in life.

What makes our Home care services different is that we put you first. We aim to provide you with the same standard of care that we would expect for our own families. This means valuing each person’s unique qualities and seeing them as an individual, and not as a list of care needs.

We work alongside families and individuals to tailor our services to help our customers stay in control of their own care for as long as they are able to. Delivering the very best Home care is our passion, and we strive to achieve this every day.

We offer tailor-made packages that are right for you, whilst maintaining excellent and competitive value for money. Involving our clients and their loved ones in taking an active role in the planning and provision of their care means we provide a consistent, reliable, and excellent quality service.

Unfortunately we cant provide our service online because they are community based services.

P4C Healthcare is well equipped to keep fully abreast of developments relating to the continued spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19) across the UK. We are routinely monitoring developments, reviewing our protocols, and preparing appropriate responses as the situation evolves. P4C Healthcare is committed to ensuring all steps are taken to protect the health and wellbeing of all our colleagues and customers.

We are working closely with the relevant authorities, commissioners and regulators, continuing to following guidance and updates issued by the Government and Public Health Scotland. This advice ensures P4C Healthcare continues to be proactive and anticipate different scenarios. Our senior management maintains daily reviews and assesses the situation to allow us to continue taking care of our clients during these difficult times. Our office is keeping the Business Continuity Plans under review in preparation for a possible escalation of the outbreak.

At P4C Healthcare, with full PPE being worn by our staff, we are delighted to have received vaccinations for our staff as well, in conduction with the vaccination rollout in the UK. Most of our staff have had their first vaccination dose against COVID-19, giving you and your loved ones complete peace of mind.
