Out and About Support Services

We are a small company of fully trained support workers with many years experience in physical and mental health, care of the elderly, dementia and learning disability.
Our services include:-
. support and transport (wheelchair accessible vehicle available) to social activities, out for meals/coffee, hobbies etc
.GP and hospital appointments/dentist/optician- we will accompany into the appointment if required and feedback following to relative.
.Correspondence, help keep on top of paperwork, make appointments etc
.Bank visits - to manage own personal affairs
.Check up service - for relatives when they go away on holiday, we can book calls by telephone, personal visit to ensure that everything is satisfactory.
.Emergency callouts - for relatives that live away from their loved one and may not be able to contact them causing concern, once registered, we would be able to go and check and report back to family.
. visiting and assisting with anything required to help maintain independence within the community.
We can help families provide support for loved ones in the community, whilst allowing full time family carers respite to work or have a social life.
We are open to suggestions to provide anything required and will create a package according to your requirements and at an affordable cost.
