Otas Supported Living is registered as a regulated activity providing care and accommodation for 4 residents and also providing domiciliary care for clients 24 hours in the community with staff on board at all times. We support clients with Mental health and learning difficulties to live in the community and to keep moving forwards on their recovery Journey giving individual a sense of hope for life. Otas Supported Living also provides personal care in the community and residential care home. (Domiciliary Care Services). The Service Users Band is for client between age of 18-65, 65+ years of age with the following conditions: 1. Mental health needs 2 Dementia 3 Forensic Mental Health History 4. Learning difficulties or Autistic Spectrum disorder 5. Physical disability 6. Adults and older adults 7. Terminally ill/end of life/Palliative Care.
