I have suffered from a pinched sciatica nerve for some time now and has got to point where I needed an expert give me the once over and help sort the issue. Richard Simpson is the chap to see, ive had only 2 sessions so far and can already feel a great improvement. I do the excercises he instructed me to carry out and i am now in a lot less pain when walking. I saw Richard at Osteo and Physio Tiverton twice within 2 weeks. Richard was clear and to the point about what the issue was, performed some dry needling and manipulations (all done effectively and without pain) and gave me a clear plan for how to progress my treatment over the next weeks when I was not going to be in the Tiverton area. I would definitely recommend.

I have seen Louise Pratley at Osteo and Physio Tiverton for a very long time now. It seems silly not to have written her an exceptional testimonial earlier! I have had ongoing osteopathy on my back for stress related issues but currently have ongoing issues with my knee where I require an MRI. Louise has been wonderful at helping me obtain this by giving me written synopsis and advising me with various routes to go down. She always makes me feel comfortable during appointments and explains potential issues in detail, explaining any clear causes and how I might prevent certain issues. Her support continues as she emails me with videos she has made to demonstrate how to maintain mobility or keep any aches and pains away to the best of my ability from home. On Monday I had my first ever Osteopathy Appointment. This was at Osteo and Physio Tiverton with Ben Verling. I was a bit unsure of what to expect with it being my first ever Osteo session however Ben put me at ease from the outset. I had trouble with a tight back and shoulders. Ben and I had a consultation to work out where the issues stems from etc and to see what the best solution would be. Had a deep muscle tissue massage today at Osteo and Physio Tiverton with Claire Powell. She was brilliant, really new her stuff. I've been suffering with neck pain for nearly 3 months. I saw Jane Robertson at the Tiverton clinic for osteopathy treatment in relation to pain and swelling in my knees and all I can say is that the lady is a wizard! ! Jane is extremely knowledgeable, professional, very personable, and is obviously very experienced as well as intuitive in her practice. My treatment was really well explained and I felt very comfortable throughout. I felt immediate relief and my pain has pretty much subsided after 24 hours, and now I know how to take care of it moving forwards.
