90 mins late to an end of tenancy clean. Forgot to bring the carpet cleaning machine even though I'd booked and paid for it. Promised to refund me £25 which they never did. Tried to arrange for them to come back and do the carpet clean but they ghosted me. Had to spend £165 paying for someone else to come and do it at short notice. Oshey charged me £150 to clean one bedroom and a bathroom so the whole thing has cost me over £300. 2 stars because the clean they did on the bathroom was satisfactory. House Cleaning
Mary very responsive initially and I agreed a price via Whatsapp, which was very convienent.
On the scheduled day, only 2 cleaners arrived, said they were waiting for a 3rd person, who didnt show.
The agreement was for 3-4 cleaners to do the job but we only had 2 and 1 disappeared for 60/90 minutes. Job took all day instead of 4-5 hours and not a great clean. I would have been better off hiring normal cleaners instead of paying Oshey for a deep clean, only to receive a normal clean service.
Cleaners didnt have all the cleaning products, so I was charged £25 extra for basic cleaning products, though at the time the cost was increased by £25, the cleaner informed me I had to pay £25 extra because of VAT!!!! When I received the payment link from Mary, it also showed £25 for VAT.
My fault for paying up, but I wanted them to start the clean so paid up and now I am feeling very stupid..........
