I ordered a 'hammock' to go on the rear seat of a car for a dog. I think it is brilliant and it came pretty quickly.I thought the side pieces might be a problem seeing how they fit to the window, but they are absolutely fine on a Discovery Sport. I don't normally right reviews but in the case of orvis Edinburgh fiona the manager and the top man Lee Currie whose knowledge and expertise is second to none. The service I've received in the past year has been second to none no squabble guarantee on my Clearwater rod was replaced in 3 days.i also just a floating line replaced today free of charge, buy cheap buy twice, buy orvis you buy once with peace of mind carry on the fantastic service. I ordered a Kimbridge Chalkstream Net from Orvis UK and was initially frustrated as the first two nets I received were both damaged in transit by the couriers. I was not pleased to say the least. However, the Orvis customer care team came up trumps, replacing the broken net and refunding me the cost for my trouble. You really can't say fairer than that. Excellent service - I rang on Monday to check if they had waders in my size before I visited the shop - not in stock and ordered over the phone - there is currently an offer on so was advised to add items to take the best advantage of that - ordered some hooks and tungsten beads I needed - the hooks and beads were passed onto me by hand through a friend and the waders delivered to my home today - Thanks Alisdair and Marie.

Customer Service is fantastic. I have a three panel Cherry wood gate bought 4.5years ago. the middle panel has come away from the part it was attached to at bottom. I don't often leave reviews but felt I had to after the excellent customer service I just received from Orivs. I order my mum top for christmas which was a bit too big, so we sent it for an exchange. .. they had sold out of the same colour so refunded us. I just called them to order a different colour, hoping i could keep the disocunt i used on inital ordering, and the lovely lady i spoke to sorted the whole thing within minutes! Even made sure i wasn't out of pocket on any postage! A new top in the right size is on its way :) Top makrs Orvis, keep up the good work, it is so refreshing to speak to a "real" person, not an automated system, and such helpful nice people at that. I would like to say a huge thank you for Rachael at the Orvis Customer Service team (sadly I do not know her last name). I unfortunately, received an incorrect order of dog blankets yesterday and Rachael was unbelievably helpful and understanding of the situation. Within minutes she had already placed on order another embroidered blanket which she advised would likely take a a few days to come through due to the embroidery. This morning (the next day) I received a call from her to advise that the blanket was on her desk, embroidered, and to be sent first class for delivery tomorrow.
