Spencer installed two split system air conditioning units for us in our new home. The property has been a bit of a project and I have had to deal with MANY tradesmen since we bought it in November. I can say with all honesty that Spencer has been my favourite!

In the run up to the install, he responded to all my emails promptly, answering my many questions and clearly explaining the details to allay my concerns. The install itself was carried out professionally and efficiently and I was given a helpful tutorial on how to use the units.

A week or so later, Spencer was (once again) only too happy to patiently answer a few more questions, enabling me to feel fully confident in using/enjoying my new air-conditioning units.

Spencer is an absolute star, I used to use contractors in my job as an engineering buyer and Spencer is at the top of his trade. He installed a double split air con system for us in under two days with the absolute minimum of disruption and mess. The system looks great and works a treat. What can I say about Spencer. He is an expert in his field and no problem was to big of which we had a few. Every thing that was asked was meet with enthusiasm, thought and care and he treated our home with the upmost respect. BOOTS OFF WHEN COMING IN AND OUT. We had, had other engineers come and price the job but all of them told me it was not possible to install one of the units, Spencer did this without question. The finish was as I had hoped, all conduit was level and of good quality, not the cheap stuff from your local DIY. All 4 external units where placed where I had asked and where also level and square. As an structural steel engineer this is something that is important to me as well as work ethic and his general care and attention to the job site. I cannot recommend this young man enough, infact this is actually the first time I have ever written a review and most probably the last as finding skilled engineers who care about there job is becoming harder and harder. We had two units installed by Spencer & what an excellent job he’s done. We were a little concerned at first about where the pipes would run as they would have to go through our garage to reach our preferred Inverter location. Immediately Spencer reassured us that it would be no problem.

We have just had air con installed by Spencer. He's done a good job and it was done at a competitive price. We went for Fujitsu units which are not as pretty as Mitsubishi but do the job just as well.

Although his quote was not the cheapest the other quote we got did not include the electrical works. Overall his work was quick, efficient and tidy and he explained how to operate the unit.
