Orchid Wellness Limited is a Care Quality Commission (CQC) regulated health care provider operating in Farnborough and the surrounding areas. We provide domiciliary care services, such as home-based personal care, live-in care as well as palliative and or respite care. Our care is evidence-based which promotes independence and improve the quality of life for our service users. Orchid Wellness offer personalised care to suite different individuals. Our support includes washing and dressing, toileting, light household chores, shopping, light meal preparation, night sitting services, light household chores and accompaniment for medical or other appointments. It is our belief that home is the best and where we normally feel happiest and this aids good quality of life. We therefore support our service users to live comfortably in their homes, whilst receiving optimum care.
At Orchid Wellness, we carry a rigorous recruitment process in order to ensure that we provide only the most suitable candidates for any position. Our staff members undergo meticulous pre-employment checks in order to ensure that they are compliant to CQC standards. Our recruitment process ensures that we only select reliable, long-term members of staff who deliver the highest levels of care. We place qualified staff in roles that are best suited to their skills in order to deliver high performance rates and the best patient care possible.
We have created a favourable working environment for our staff, who are directed by experienced and competent management. Our model is predicated on building trust and partnerships between service users, staff, management and other members of the multi-disciplinary team. Our staff retention policies provide an environment of openness, trust and continuity of care, which are beneficial to our service users. We subscribe to the living wage scheme, and we renumerate our staff competently.
We ensure that our Care Workers are reliable and dependable. This enables us to deliver continuity of supply, only replacing Care Workers where this may be unavoidable due to legitimate circumstances beyond our control. We provide round the clock care, and we are reachable at all times. We regularly monitor the standard of the services we offer, and we welcome any feedback complements, complaints or criticism.
