Optimum2care Ltd is a home care company owned by Musevmonic Care Ltd which was set up in 2014 by qualified and experienced registered nurses. The directors and managers have experience, skills and knowledge in complex care, critical care, rehabilitation, mental health and social care.

We take full responsibility and accountability for the service we provide. The care manager ensures that there are regular reviews, accessible complaints procedures and quality assurance processes. Staff know the client’s health needs and personal preferences. Clients are involved in decision of their care and they are given choice and control as much as possible. The staff ensure that the clients get the right food and drink they need and that they have enough of it.
Our company is regulated and registered with CQC, therefore we abide by the regulatory board requirements, thereby making sure that clients get the care they require regardless of age, disability, gender identity, race religion or belief. Clients are encouraged to express their view and have access to advocates. Clients will be treated with dignity and respect.

Our manager and care coordinators are well trained and specially selected, vetted stringently and subject to DBS and full reference checks .

We understand that no one care plan fits all, therefore we personalised your care plan.We provide bespoke home care and support that enable people to stay at home for as long as possible while continuing with the life style they have accustomed. We not astride to help people with everyday tasks but want to develop a caring relationship with them.
