A few weeks ago I won 30 min of business/ life mentorship with Jamie. And today we had the talk. And it wasn't only about the talk, it was about doing things and the way of doing them.

What do you love most about your job?
Seeing the results in my client's businesses - my passion is creating meaningful change in the World, and I know that by assisting my clients in becoming better leaders with financially strong businesses they can have a massive impact in solving meaningful problems so we can all be better people in a better World.
I love it when stressed out and chaotic business owners come into my programmes and within months have massively increased their profitability, their ability to grow their business beyond the frustrating glass ceiling so many hit, and having more space in their previously crammed diaries to focus on the things that really matter to them.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My own experiences in business over the last 13 years has left me with a wealth of knowledge and practical expertise about what to do and what not to do to get outstanding results in business. Prior to my coaching business I grew my family's niche construction business from a stagnant £2m turnover to over £4.5m in just 12 months - and boy did we learn a thing or two along the way! I left that business having taken it as far as it could go, and decided to focus my time and energy on assisting other business owners get the same amazing results without making all the costly mistakes we made.
It's my belief that our Governments and political leaders are failing us, and that they are part of a system that is old, outdated and to 'stuck in the mud' to be able to affect any kind of meaningful change in a timeframe that will actually make a difference to people. Entrepreneurs and SME's have the flexibility to be dynamic, quick, and focused on what matters right now and it's my job to assist them in that mission so they can get results in the quickest and easiest way possible.

I've been there, done it, and got a few tattered t-shirts along the way so you're getting real business advice from someone who has been in business for over a decade... and it's not about me, it's about what my clients need. I don't work with people I don't 100% believe I can get results with, and my purpose is to serve.
