Optimalcareplus Limited is an amazing care company with the best carer. After being discharged from hospital Every Carer that provided care for me did so following my care outline, and made sure they always wore their PPE.
when helping me with my personal care and looking after me the cares were Compassionate, friendly and always watching out for me. The company also did regular check up on me, to see if i was being provided the appropriate care.
I am glad i choose optimalcareplus limited to be in charge of my care. During my recuperation period.

I am a registered nurse with many years of experience within the Health and Social Care sector, I am passionate about caring for others.

We are CQC registered to provide regulated activities, such as personal care. Our carers are experienced and well trained with different aspects of health and care. in the community. We have carers available for Live in care roles, home care short and long hours. We have electronic care monitoring system to help with rostering, shift allocations and documentation of care.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Ensuring our carers uses Personal Protective Equipment at all times as necessary. And get tested accordingly in case of any symptoms of covid-19.
