What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Staff use full PPE while with clients ; these include aprons, masks and gloves. Proper disposal of used PPE.
All our staff have had two doses of covid-19 vaccines.
Regular infection control training for all our staff.
we provide care staff or support staff tailored to your needs.
Assistance with personal care( washing, bathing, hair, makeup) and continence support.
Medication
Assistance in cooking, feeding, shopping and cleaning.
Support given to attend social activities such as day centre( all our staff can drive)
Assistance with transfers as required such as hoisting, wheelchair assistance and support with other walking aids.
