We think outside the box. We are not your conventional estate or letting agent. We do standard lettings as well as HMO management for professional tenants. Where we come across a landlord with a house to Let, if the location works well for an HMO we help the landlord making the property HMO compliant and then take over the management thereby increasing the landlord's rental income substantially.
We help sellers of property that are finding it difficult to sell for e.g. we pay for planning to extend the property and then sell it to an investor for the asking price. We then turn it into an HMO and manage it for the investor
