What do you love most about your job?
Every day is different, I love meeting new people and seeing the variety of different homes around the city in which I live. No day and no property is the same.
What inspired you to start your own business?
It began with a negative experience of selling my own property, I knew there was a better way of doing the job. At the same time, the industry was changing in my previous job, and I knew I could take my previous work and personal experiences, and create a better way of doing things in the sales and lettings profession.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am not a pushy sales person, instead, I have empathy with people, and I like to demonstrate that I bring a positive outcome. Alternatively, I like to flip a negative experience into a positive one. I like to solve problems and give the best service that I can. I do all this at a very competive price.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
If customers wish for Open House Southend agents to wear a mask at any in-person meetings, please just ask, we are happy to do so. Our agents have been fully vaccinated.

We can offer competitive fees to all out clients listing their property for sale. Our hybrid model means we make savings on overheads, which we can pass onto our clients.
Tenant Find and Property Management
We offer very competitive fees to all landlords using our tenant find and property management services. We thoroughly vet all prospective tenants, including credit checks and references; and ensure a high level of service for both tenant and landlord.
Property Auction Services
We have a dedicated property auctions department. All properties listed for auction are listed free of commission for the seller, as the buyer pays the fee.
