All the negative reviews are real. DO NOT allow yourself to be persuaded to come to these offices with discounted being offered. We were here for almost 3 years and everything that was stated to us in meetings by the guys was incorrect. I had rented an office for more than four years, I cease my tenancy due to increase in annual rent over the inflation rate. I left my tenancy on 1 January 2023 and since I left I have been trying to get my deposit back but without success. When I rang the manager, he actually hung up on me. I would be very careful before taking tenancy as you may have to go through this process to retrieve your deposit. I don’t recommend taking tenancy and the staff are unhelpful. More...

I came to stanmore place to visit a family member with a disabled passenger. I was not informed where or how to park at the concierge. I was given a parking ticket because the staff where chatting away as failed to perform procedure of explaining parking rules.
