What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All our care workers have completed Infection Control and hygiene training and are aware of the necessary precautions they need to take to ensure the risks to our clients are minimised. All our staff are issued with appropriate PPE (face masks, aprons, gloves, hand sanitiser and face visors) to ensure our service user's safety from COVID 19.

1Care offers a wide range of support services at home, here are just a few examples of the support available:

* Domestic tasks.
Our care team will always encourage and promote choice and independence, whilst respecting individual preferences and beliefs, to maintain the highest levels of privacy and dignity. We recognise that family involvement is extremely important when providing care and support, so we will work very closely with family members who may not always be close by or immediately contactable.

Live-In Care (Nationwide)
Our live in care service is one of the most popular care options we provide, where we give you the support you require throughout the day in your own home. You will have your own dedicated member of staff who will support you on a one-to-one basis, staying at the address and taking care of you, your health requirements and your home. The live-in carer will keep everything tidy and complete all the light domestic duties that may be required on a day-to-day basis.
This type of support is becoming more and more common, as it gives you a level of support that is not achievable in other care settings. You can remain in your own home with those fond memories, whilst enjoying the privacy that you deserve.
