What do you love most about your job?
I enjoy interacting with people, giving hope, supporting and reassuring them makes me feel good. In my last job as a District Nurse, I really enjoyed looking after my patients in the comfort of their homes. I always felt fulfilled at the end of the day when I reflect on how I made a difference in someone's life.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I decided to start my own care agency so I could support clients to get the best care service they need. While working as a District Nurse, I regularly worked closely with carers, advising them on things to look out for so they could provide good care for the patients. This made me realise that my skill set would give my clients access to the high standards care they deserve as our staff will carry the patient centred ethos we hold with pride.

We don't provide online services however, we can be reached online via email or the phone.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Our staff will always use Personal Protective Equipment and maintain social distancing. We will also establish an open line of communication with local public health departments so that we can implement the best strategies and practices as information regarding the coronavirus evolves. Finally, we always encourage our staff and clients to wash their hands with soap and use hand sanitisers as often as possible.

Physical Disabilities

At One Touch Quality Kare Limited, our dedicated staff provide home care and support so that our service users can live the life they choose, where each day can be different.
Learning Disabilities
*We aim at supporting adult service users with learning disabilities, autism or physical disability, behavioural challenges and associated mental health issues. Each person is provided with support and care to build their skills and strengths, allowing them to live as independently as possible.
