The ladies were polite and eager to work unfortunately a lot of the work was unfinished there were cobwebs still in the bathroom the toilet seat wasn't cleaned underneath anything they found they shoved behind the sofa and chairs and the bath was only half done and none of the tiles were cleaned. I have discussed this with Jolanta but she wasn't sympathetic at all she made the excuse that the ladies could only do some much in the time allocated. They also unplugged my freezer and didn't plug it back in when I told her about this she said the ladies said that I had problems with my electric I don't know how unplugging a freezer and not plugging it back in qualifies under trouble with electric. They did something in the kitchen which tripped a switch and the elctric went off when I put it back on the dishwasher wouldn't work so extra expense for me to get someone out to fix it.
