We are a independent business who has successfully worked across the UK with Investors not only sourcing properties for the Buy to Let Market but for managing their investment to a very high standard by ensuring that we manage their properties like our own BTL investments.

As we don’t have a high street office, our overheads are minimum the team do everything ourselves and we do not take on mass number of properties. What we do is give a good quality service, at a good price by finding the right tenants and ensuring not only their expectation are met but they meet ours and this is done at the viewing stage and getting to know the clients.
Our reputation of getting the best deal for our landlords is paramount to our business, meaning with our experience we will also give you advise on how to increase your rental income by suggestions and ways to improve your property portfolio.

The cost of such a service is as follows
£250.00 one off fee for new tenancy. (NO VAT)
Find a tenant
Market the property
Complete all the checks including references.
Accompany the views
Prepare the contracts
Deposit registration
Key release and check in visit.

For the monthly fee of 50.00 pcm. The following are completed.

Set up standard order payment
Monthly invoice to tenant
Monthly receipt to tenant
Collect all funds and send direct to landlords within 48 hours of receipt of payment.
Chase any none payment usually with 1 day of not receiving any funds.
Rental statement for the tenant and landlord
Welcome visit with 6 /8 weeks of moving into the property to ensure everything is satisfactory.
Periodic inspections approximately 6 months unless welcome visit has highlighted concerns.

Repairs and maintenance service
Emergency repairs support 7 days per week between 9.00 – 7.00pm.

Where we take over a tenancy agreement from another Agent the cost of this is 100.00 (No VAT). However, the tenants must not be in arrears, if they are they must be clear before the agency transfer can happen.
