Phil has helped to solve a damp issue, which other workman failed to solve. Phil then went on to do the work by knocking down a garden wall and replacing brickwork to my house. Then rebuilding a new garden wall/fence and ensuring it is off the property wall. The communication was great between us, and I was able to solve the problem with the neighbour, as Phil kindly went that extra mile to ensure we both understood the issue. I was able to trust Phil immediately which is so important. Phil listened to me and helped in keeping my costs down too and then went on to replace my front fence, where others quoted me silly amounts, Phil listened to me and came back with ideas that could fit around my budget, the fence looks great at the front. Due to my health changes overtime I know I found the professional who will help adapt my garden to make it more suitable to match my needs over time.
