What do you love most about your job?
Being a therapist is more than a job-it reflects a core part of me that enjoys getting to know people at a real level. The therapy process allows for authentic conversations. As a Therapist, I guide people through personal challenges, help ease emotional burdens, and empower people to achieve a healthier mind. With a new mindset, clients can pursue new ways to live in both their professional and personal lives.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I believe in the counselling process. Through my training and life experiences, I have learnt that a listening ear in a non-judgemental and safe environment can make a difference to clients.
I learn from my clients. I’ve learnt that I cannot change my clients. Change can only come from within, and it is my job to help them bring about that change in them.
I make ‘real’ connections. There is always something I find I want to learn from the client and I am intrigued by them and look forward to our next session. My continued desire to connect with my clients is at heart of my therapeutic alliance.
I enjoy helping people. It is rewarding to help clients with their suffering and to improve their lives and build upon their happiness.

Therapy is a big step and first impressions count and this why I offer a free introductory call. The free introductory call is an opportunity for us both to meet and see if we can work together. During this call, we can discuss what you want to get out of therapy and offer an opportunity for you to ask any questions you may have. This will take about 15 to 30 mins, so we can both see if working together is the right thing for us.

Counselling

A counsellor will not give you their opinions or advice. They will help you find your own solutions – whether that’s making effective changes in your life or finding ways of coping with your problems. Then create a plan of action to either help you reconcile your issues, or help you to find ways of coping.
