Do not use this company! Little one man bands masquerading as as a national company. Did a large patio on block and beam floor which was totally flat. Left it with ripple marks all over which look terrible. Left a total mess, resin marks on door frames which you can't get off, pointing all over brick work etc. They also didn't use weed membrane despite being told they should. We are now having the original moss growing through the patio from underneath. They laid stone steps which are an absolute bodgeand are coming loose. This was the Kent Team, JS Resin. Be warned, they will persuade you that they can lay a flat surface but in their T&C's they absolve themselves of all responsibility for ripple marks! Also, be warned, the guarantee is not issued by Oltco, it will be from the local franchise. They could have had a lot more work at our place and our friends if they had done the job properly!!! I don't usually write a lot of reviews but felt that the experience I had with Olto was a must A fantastic experience from start to finish. In particular Rob from Southampton who's early contact reflect the company's professionalism but the two lads for the groundwork were incredible. Despite the roasting hot temperatures they were hard working, polite and a real credit to the company. The transformation from old, cracked, sunken concrete to beautiful, clean, weed free paths and driveway was amazing. The 'lads' did a wonderful job in very difficult conditions ( it rained every day for a fortnight apart from two days when they laid the resin). Opposite our garage drive is next door's so we get a reminder every day of just how good it is. A real bonus is how quickly rain water drains away, so NO puddles to wade through. Worth every panny! We have found this company a pleaser to work with. The tradesmen who complete the job were professional and extremely speedy. Since its been installed we have had several comments on how great it looks. Unique to us, we have had a small issue with some algae which has gown between some of the stones (probably due to our particular environment).
