Reg was great, contacted me from my my enquiry promptly - arranged an appointment which my phone then messed up and did not confirm, he was kind enough to then still fit me in that week, fitted my dishwasher and then removed and corrected the mess of a washing machine that my builders fitted having to cut out more cupboard re level and add more pipe work for no extra cost. Ran both appliances to ensure they didn't leak and took the cupboard away for me. Could not ask for more thank-you so much, a traders number I will be keeping and using again! More...

Do not use this company. I was informed that the work would be carried out over a week,a month later and he has taken my money,ruined a worktop by cutting it wrong. Caused a major leak which damaged units but still installed them! Has left the job half finished,and is not replying to calls or messages. He could have repaired the shower pipe .
He could have replaced the sealant in a neater and more professional way .
He did not come with a mask

Damien came to connect my gas hob and electric cooker today. There was a problem with the gas pipe which had caused a leak. Damien found this straight away and took the time to remedy it and make it safe. He went above and beyond and worked till 9pm to get it sorted. Damien did a great job for me installing a new gas cooker and disconnecting & removing the old one. He gave me a clear quote which covered any ancillary work that might be needed. He needed to replace some gas piping and this took more time than envisaged but was covered by his service promise. He was very flexible and accommodating in timing and even unwrapping and bringing the new appliance into the house (the delivery company couldn't get the appliance through the door and into the kitchen because of the packaging which they declined to remove). Damien is a star, 5 stars above is just not enough! Not only did he fit me in for a gas hob installation in a day's time, he actually rented a car when his van broke down on his way in. I had other people working on site and didn't want them in his way, and was glad to see that Damien kept on informing me on his ETA.
