I was contacted by OHM Recruitment, specifically ash who informed of a job. From the application to interview to being offered the job i was regularly contacted with updates and generally just a chat to see how things were going. During the time of application my family suffered a bereavement and ash was also great at handling the situation offering help and guidance and was sympathetic to my situation.

There are recruitment companies and then there are recruitment companies. OHM is the later. I was so pleased by the way Ash handled my application from start till the end, I have never been treated like this before. There is a bit of personal touch to this professional process.
I was approached by Ash for a job opportunity and as the norm goes, he read my resume and thought I had a good chance of securing it.
He just didn't stop there but interviewed me and probed me for the information that I might have missed on my application. And he was right, I did miss out on few things that I added later and made my case stronger. He is not just a mediator but a mentor who works with you to make employment happen.
He even helped me prepare for the interview and took care of all the paper work after I received my offer letter.
I am pretty sure this wouldn't have happened ( me getting a job that I love ) if it wasn't for his efforts. I couldn't thank OHM recruitments enough and highly recommend this company and its methods. More...

Would rate higher if I could! I was contacted by Ash about a role that I wouldn’t have thought I would get as it is such a great opportunity with a prestigious company and ended up getting the job. Ash was absolutely brilliant, professional and surprisingly personal service, He comes across like he actually cares unlike so many other companies that recruit people. I am not going to lie when I answered my phone I thought it was going to be another agency just saying what I wanted to hear, How wrong was I. I had the pleasure of dealing with ash and couldn't of asked for anyone better, he actually took the time to get to know me. About where my experiences came from, what I wanted out of a job and what industry I wanted to work in. He helped out with giving me the information about the company which gave me the right direction to conduct my own research. Was always kept in the loop as to when he found out about interview times and locations. Absolutely fantastic . I answered the phone to ash late one evening i was expecting another agency type conversation , to be honest i would usually hang up the phone . How wrong was i ,Ash talked me through the recruitment services they offer . He was with me every step of the way to a job i never thought i would be offered . Ash arranged my interview and offered pointers to help me through my interview . Now i have my dream job . A big thanks to Ash .

Couldn't recommend them more, the gent I was talking with, Ash, was a top man, helped me every step of the way and gave plenty of advice and support, as well as a very detailed outline of the job, because of which I was able to land my dream job and if I ever need a job in the future I'd definitely come to them first!!

Thanks to Ash and the team at OHM I am back in work at a time I most needed it the most. Upon loading my CV through OHM I was in contact via phone and email and within 24 hours I had the offer of a vacancy that best suits my needs, locality and job skills.
