The whole experience with OG Ltd was excellent. A quick response from the beginning, with a good quote and polite follow up with emails and phone calls.
We had to get a relative's house ready for him to start kidney dialysis, after almost no cleaning during the whole lockdown period for various reasons, including depression. The timetable was short and OG Ltd were very sympathetic to the problem and handled the cleaning brilliantly.
We had our deep clean appt within a few days of getting in touch, they helped also with some rubbish clearance we hadn't been able to finish and then did a terrific in depth clean of the 2 bedroomed house, all within one day, though quite a long day!

A thorough vacuuming and carpet shampooing, deep clean of the kitchen floor (all had been really grim), windows and frames, bathroom , all doors etc and heroic work on kitchen overall and especially the oven and fridge.
OG had hoped to send 3 people but in the end the Boss himself came out with 1 person owing to the illness of the third worker, but the clean was still very thorough and completed in the day to their obviously normal high standard, and with a lovely kindly manner towards me and my relative.

They were quite helpful in cleaning the rest of the house inclujding garrage gates, out windows, conservaory, skirting boards etc. But I was quite dissapointed with their carpet cleaning and also they had no experience in cleaing the hobs. I am surprised that you are taking us as unprofessional for the job we did at your house. You spoiled you cream Carpert by trying to clean it yourself after dropping liquids on it. By trying to clean it you were enlarging the stains , the cleaning stuff you were using went into the Carpert and became unremovable. I am not happy with your actions because despite bending backwards and forwards to meet your request you give us such a review? If we had known we wouldn’t have done the jobs outside cleaning we did I.e dismantling your bed and taking 15 bags of rubbish away.

Initially good contact. Said it would be no more than £180 then charged me £210 on the day. Was for an end of tenancy clean. Ex landlord sends me pictures and the house was still dusty, full of cobwebs and only partially cleaned. I then had to go to the house myself and clean it. I asked for a partial refund (I only wanted about £60 as I don't doubt they cleaned a decent amount) and I was told they didn't do any form of refund.
