Odan Healthcare Agency is a Domiciliary Care service set up to provide care for people in the comfort of their own homes. We aim to provide the support that people need to meet their day to day needs and to be able to make a difference.
Our service users are families who need support with looking after adults with complex care needs, genetic birth disorders, challenging behaviour and who may also have a combination of other needs.

What do you love most about your job?
We love making a difference in other people's lives. We know that what we do helps them to stay living independently in their own homes. Our clients love to see our staff walk through the door. Caring for other people makes us feel valued.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I decided to set up my own care business as I have been caring for people all my life, and it is in this line of profession that I can exhibit my best work. I can support clients to get the best possible care and support they need, plus I ensure that the staff supporting them are well trained, and feel valued and respected for the fantastic job they do day in day out.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We provide staff with aprons, gloves, hand sanitizers, and face masks for the safety of service users.
We also carry out tests before assigning staff to any role to ensure that they are suitable to work.
Our staff members have been advised to look out for any signs of Covid-19 and report them to the management.
Overnight Care

Our carer will visit and stay in your home throughout the night to ensure that you have access to any assistance that may be needed to sleep restfully.
